STANDARD Plan - $155/month
Includes initial consultation, initial and mid-season performance testing to monitor baseline fitness and progress, personalized training plan including strength training delivered weekly with weekly data review, email access for questions with guaranteed response within 48 hours, monthly 30 minute Skype or phone check-ins, access to the CH Endurance Facebook Members group, discounts on in-person technique coaching and video Form Analysis sessions, and up to 2 plan revisions at no charge (in case of injury, race plan changes, etc.)
PREMIERE Plan - $199/month
Includes initial consultation, initial and mid-season performance testing to monitor baseline fitness and progress, personalized training plan including strength training delivered weekly with daily data review, email and phone access for questions with guaranteed response within 24 hours, bi-monthly Skype or phone check-ins, access to the CH Endurance Facebook Members group, two in-person technique coaching sessions or one Video Form Analysis session per year if desired, discounts on additional video Form Analysis and in-person coaching, and unlimited plan revisions at no charge (in case of injury, race plan changes, etc.)
PERSONALIZED TRAINING PLANS
These are personalized training plans that include an initial consultation and a plan written specifically for you, tailored to your races and goals and built around your schedule.. Sprint and Olympic plans are 10 weeks. 70.3 and Ironman plans are 16 weeks. These plans do not include coaching services or ongoing contact with a coach.

IN-PERSON COACHING - Swim & Run
One-on-one help with swim or run technique. Improve your form, identify issues in your stroke or stride, and get real-time feedback to help to fast track your improvement! ($10-$15 additional travel fee if in downtown Austin)

VIDEO FORM ANALYSIS - Swim & Run
Improve your swim or run technique with Video Form Analysis which uses video, specialized software, and the careful eye of a coach to identify areas for improvement in your stroke or stride, Finished product includes commentary and editing.
